Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We follow a strict but fair return and refund policy due to the nature of our products.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product delivered is incorrect
Reporting Timeline
Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted
