Payment Policy

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment. We do not accept cash on delivery or offline payment modes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Processing and dispatch occur on working days only.

The courier partner is selected based on serviceability and destination.

Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory checks, or force-majeure events are outside our direct control.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We follow a strict but fair return and refund policy due to the nature of our products.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product delivered is incorrect

Reporting Timeline

  • Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

All requests must be emailed to info@nationalcolouragencies.com with:

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images (where applicable)

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only after prior authorization

  • For wrong product deliveries, the item must be returned unused and intact

  • No returns or refunds will be processed without approval

Post-Approval Options

Once approved, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement with another product of equal value

  • Full refund after the returned product is received and verified

Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7–8 working days after approval and receipt of the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
